So here I am two years later posting once again.
Had to google self and blog title to get here.
Where have I been?
Where have I (soul) not been?

Under the weather! I am sure it is due to the allergy/immunology testing; although I don't think they( MDs) would agree

huh?

So I had/taught a great class. despite the h & h.I'm comin' back......

So I haven't done much. Not a lot of yoga, little or no meditation, just prayer.
Taught a class last week, it went well, but I have been neglecting myself.
Is not self at the "core" of yoga?
Why am I here?
